Youth Player Development Program

Unlocking Potential, Creating Opportunity

At ASC New York, we believe soccer talent exists everywhere — but opportunity does not. That’s why our Youth Player Development Program (PDPP) is built on one core mission: remove barriers so young players with skill, drive, and passion can grow without the burden of cost or limited access.

Youth Player Development Program

Affordable for All – We control the cost — and that means no player ever pays to be in our program. Not for registration, not for training access, not ever.

Accessible to the Region – Our 5-county footprint is well-connected by rail and road, and ASC has developed supportive infrastructure to help families get where they need to go. We make the journey easier so access isn’t a luxury.

Merit-Based Entry – There’s no pay-to-play here. Players earn their place through performance and commitment — not financial investment. Once in the program, they maintain access by meeting competitive standards every day.

How the Program Works

Our Development Program is regional — designed to embrace the density, diversity, and talent of the Long Island/New York metro area and beyond. Young athletes from age 9 through 19 train and compete in an environment where growth, effort, and standards truly matter.

Our Shared Commitment

At the heart of the program is a straightforward philosophy:

“The Club makes a defined commitment to the player and the player makes a defined commitment back to the club.”

That mutual responsibility creates a culture where each player is invested in their own development and the success of the team.
