ASCNY Announces Robert J. Malichio as the Director of Sports Performance & Strength, Conditioning, Speed Coach

Long Island, NY — The American Soccer Club New York (ASCNY) is pleased to announce, Robert J. Malichio as the Director of Sports Performance & Strength, Conditioning, Speed Coach

Rob brings to the role a uniquely diverse journey as a founder and partner of several startup fitness and training ventures including HEAT Sports LLC, 21st Century Wellness Academy, and Ebrion Athletics, Founder & Owner where he focused on athletics, sports and wellness issues across a wide spectrum of clients.

Rob continued his pursuit of developing advanced athletic training programs, working with professional, collegiate and high school teams - tailoring athletic programs to each teams specific needs.

Rob brings a rare focus on advanced strategies for improving athletic performance through data analysis and research backed methods – having years of experience overseeing sports science services and integrating testing protocols.

Rob’s approach is grounded in evidence-based practices – ensuring that the training programs are not only effective, but also presents a combination of personalized strength conditioning and injury prevention that results in optimized player performance and fitness resilience.
